The heat press

A heat press is a textile customization tool that relies on the simultaneous application of heat and pressure to permanently affix a design onto clothing. It is primarily used for DTF, sublimation, and flex markings, which require precise and controlled thermal transfer.

For DTF (Direct To Film), the heat press transfers the design printed on film directly onto the textile, offering a detailed, durable, and versatile finish compatible with many types of fabrics.

For sublimation, it ensures the ink is fixed into the textile fiber, guaranteeing intense colors and excellent durability, particularly on light-colored polyester materials.

Flex, on the other hand, is cut and then heat-pressed for a clean and sharp finish, ideal for simple markings, lettering, or small runs.

Thanks to its precision and reliability, the heat press is a perfectly suited solution for custom personalizations and small to medium productions, while ensuring consistent and professional quality.
