WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?


Our products are customized and inspected in our workshop located in the Hauts-de-Seine region, with particular attention paid to quality at every step.

The blank textiles come from selected suppliers, then they are printed and finished by us before shipment.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are prepared and produced within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the production workload and the technique used. Delivery times then depend on the carrier and your delivery location. A tracking link is sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY CHARGES?

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, based on the destination, parcel weight, and chosen carrier.

The exact amount is displayed before payment, with tracking included when available.
HOW TO CARE FOR MY GARMENT?

To preserve the print quality:

  • Wash at 30°C maximum
  • Wash garment inside out
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Iron inside out, do not iron directly on the design

These instructions ensure a longer lasting print.
